「クリップ携帯」

Xelibri（http://www.xelibri.com）の携帯電話の開発プロセスに関する記事がIDEO（http://www.ideo.com/media/info.asp?x=2）のサイトに掲載されている。ここで面白いのはIDEOのデザインによる"Xelibri"ブランドの携帯電話Emmaを取り上げたform7-8月号の記事PDF(http://www.ideo.com/images/media/Form_Jul-Aug04(Xelibri).pdf)が、IDEOのサイトにあるのでそのプレゼンを垣間見ることが出来る。Xelibriはこの他にもいくつか携帯のデザインをしていてHPで見ることが出来る。このEmma(Xelibri-7)（http://www.xelibri.com/co.uk/x-phones/collection/3dview/x7/index.html）はクリップ型のデザインでズボンなどに引っかけて使うことが出来るようになっている。DocomoのSo505i、So505isシリーズでジーンズのポケットにかけている人を見たことがあったが、デザインコンセプトとして販売してるものと、スライド式として発売してユーザーが見出した機能、どちらも同じように使われてるのが面白い。
