「物質の捉え方とは！」
LiTraCon（light transmitting concrete）コンクリートなのに光を透過可能な素材。ハンガリーの建築家?ron Losoncziの建築に使われている。ガラスやプラスチックを混入させること（光ファイバー）により方向性を持った光を取り込むことが出来るようである。詳細については今後データーの発表がされるみたいだ。コンクリートのテクスチャーに透過性が加わることによって我々は新たなる視点を持つことが出来るのかもしれない。実際には物質を透過させる事は出来ないが、そこを通り抜けるような錯覚をもたらすことが出来るかもしれない。また、透過の仕方によっては向こう側の風景や投影した映像を流すことも出来そうだ。新素材の利用は昨今素材の目新しさとしての結果しかもたらしてこなかった例が多い。建築は透明化して究極には隔たりを消すのを追求してきた。現にそこにあると言う物質の捉え方もこれから見直されてもいいのではないだろうか。コンクリートの光の透過によってより人が物質を感じれる様な空間を生み出したい。
LiTraCon stones and plates do have the same technical data as common concrete stones or plates - we will mingle the concrete according to the requirements of the project you are working on.Right now the diameter of the fibre can be choosen from 2 micro- up to 2 millimeters, as well as the material - glass or plastic.And finally the technique of making LiTraCon? stones and plates will differ depending on your aethetical wishes: Do you want to have a slight "diffuse" aethetic or do you prefer a certain grid or even a logo?All this is possible and needs intensive discussion on your project.In cooperation with the Technical University Budapest we are currently testing and collecting all relevant data. We will be able to give you detailled technical information latest by the end of the year.
