世界最高の食事を楽しめるだけでなく、6万本という驚異的な数のワイン・コレクションを堪能できる。そのうちの1万本のワインは温度管理された、高さが42フィート(約13メートル)もあるワインタワーに納められている。
ワインの貯蔵の品揃えの良さ、店シンボルのワインタワーとしてうまく機能している。
このワインタワーHewlett-Packardサポートによりデーターベースに各々のワインリストと保存場所が管理されていて瞬時にお客の好みのワインを選択し取り出す事が出来る。
