「良い刺激」

T工大の知り合いの事務所ISSHOのオープンハウス。
VOXEL HOUSE 2003-2004 はShinkenchiku, October 2004, Tokyo, Japan.に掲載されるなど同世代がこうやって発表し続けているのはホント刺激になる。
実際に出来てそれを発表出来るのは説得力がある。
コンセプト通りの空間とそこに開く開口からの商店街の風景。

ARTS REAL ESTATE AGENCY 2005
The idea for designing a real estate agency in the ground level of a building located in Tokyo is to embody the work flow of real estate transactions such as general inquiry, application, and deal-signing into a built form of interior design. By constructing three conceptual volumes, juxtaposition of four spaces emerges in-between respectively for the use of referencing, meeting, contract prep, and deal-signing. The design allows the visual connection and circulation from the shopping promenade to the deal-signing room by penetrating the three volumes of shelving grids with openings in sequence. The flow of real estate deal-making epitomizes the design itself; a real estate agency is the place for the genesis of all urban engagement between human and places.
東京都内のあるビルの1階に計画された不動産店舗である。3枚の薄いボリュームを立てることで、4つの室が並列し、それぞれの室は、問い合わせ＞申し込み＞契約という不動産取引の流れに沿い、閲覧室、接客室、契約準備室、契約室として使用される。それぞれのボリュームに開口を連続的に設け、人々の視線と動線を商店街から契約室まで貫通させている。ISSHO建築設計事務所 | 新民家MAKER | 沖縄県 | 日本
